Why Steve Jobs doesn’t listen to customers

As follow-up to my post last week about Steve Jobs, here is a brief article about Steve Jobs from the site, Customer Think. I think the quote from Henry Ford is the most apropos. Again, Jobs has changed entire industries and if he listened to stated desires versus unstated needs we'd probably think the MSFT Zune was a great device.
